Farinera Albareda

This flour mill was designed by Alexandre Soler i March in 1909. It is a clear example of a typical Modern Style factory. There are three diferent parts - the central part, which is original, and two side parts.

The building is simple, with cast-iron pillar, wooden and wrought iron girders and wooden floor. Carpentry is made of white rough bricks and openings are framed with red exposed bricks. In the inside, cast iron columns hold the ceiling.
